Tamaani Internet is committed to your satisfaction by offering you the most reliable internet service possible. If you wish to file a complaint or report an issue about your internet service, we invite you to contact us:
Step 1: Call Customer Service
Contact Customer Service at: 1 888-TAMAANI 1-888-826 2264
You will then be able to ask questions or report a problem to a Tamaani agent. Most problems are usually resolved at this stage. However, if the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, ask to speak with a supervisor. If you are still not satisfied with the recommended solutions, go to Step 2.
Step 2: File a Complaint Online
If your problem has not been resolved to your satisfaction, fill out the * online form. Describe the problem you are experiencing in the ‘message’ section. Within 48 hours after receiving your online form, an agent will contact you to assist you regarding your request. If your needs have still not been met, proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: File a Written Complaint to Customer Service Management
If you are still not satisfied, you can file a complaint by mail at the address below, or you can file your compliant via email at: email@example.com.

Describe your issue and explain why the recommended solutions have not met your needs. Within 48 hours following receipt of your letter, a Customer Service Manager will contact you to address your request.
Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)
CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate is to resolve complaints from consumers about their telecom and TV services, and complaints from small business customers about their telecom services, free of charge. If you have a complaint, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so, and have not been able to reach a satisfactory solution, CCTS may be able to help you.
